Case Study: Why the RFID Incubator Opted For Used
The Organization: Dayton RFID Convergence Center. The Dayton RCC is a public-private partnership between the City of Dayton, Citywide Development Corporation, and EPC Technologies, Inc.
The Issue: A new, $6 million state-of-the-art facility in Dayton’s Tech Town development that needs furniture but has a limited budget.
The Solution:
The Incubator’s Executive Director, Brad Proctor, wanted to create an environment that was both modern and eye appealing, but had to stay on target with the funds he had available.  Enter Key Bank who made a generous donation to Citywide Development Corporation of used furniture they no longer needed. Brad, with the help of Citywide was able to recycle this furniture into a brand new building. A win-win for everyone.
